The association\u2019s mission is to promote the value of medical laboratory professionals within Ontario\u2019s healthcare system and to ensure the continued growth of the profession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facing the limitations of an outdated system, the MLPAO sought an integrated CRM solution that could support both its administrative operations and its membership activities. Recommended by a peer organisation, <strong>Eudonet<\/strong> was chosen for its experience with non-profit and public sector clients, its adaptability, and its strong value proposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, <strong>Eudonet CRM<\/strong> enables the MLPAO team to centralise all member data, manage renewals, events, and payments efficiently, and generate detailed tracking and performance reports. Staff can easily access up-to-date member information, segment communications, and streamline exam administration processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With a successful implementation and smooth change management, the MLPAO now benefits from improved efficiency, reliable data, and greater flexibility in managing its growing membership base. They deal on a daily basis with government, regulatory bodies, educational institutions and health care professions, amongst other stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cOur mission is to promote the value of medical laboratory professionals in our health care system to ensure continued growth of the profession\u201d explains Marie Geard, Exam &amp; Accounting Administrator<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Using back then an outdated product which was no longer supported, the MLPAO board recognized they now needed an integrated solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-objectives-of-mlpao\">Objectives of MLPAO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Offering annual memberships and a certification exam for Medical Laboratory Assistant\/Technicians, the board of the MLPAO was looking for a solution that was required to meet a double objective: to support and benefit both the operations of the association and the membership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEudonet was a product that was referred by another association. We were advised they were making good progress in Quebec. As they did not have an Ontario customer, we ended up being the first. One of the main reasons for selecting them was their experience with NFPS (Non-Financial Public Sector) and price point\u201d, says Marie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-did-eudonet-do-for-you\">What did Eudonet do for you?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By implementing Eudonet CRM in MLPAO\u2019s Information System, the staff of the associations are now able to access a great deal of information about the members. The database allows them to pull tracking reports on membership status and to reach out easily to specific member groups and track their quarterly exam administrations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amongst others, the MLPAO team uses Membership, Renewal, Events and Invoices\/Payments features mostly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe use Eudonet daily to keep track of our members\u2019 contact information, preferences, category type, start and end dates and payment information\u201d, explains Marie. She adds: \u201cImplementation went as planned, and change management rollout was successful.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-which-benefits-did-mlpao-have\">Which benefits did MLPAO have?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEudonet works for us. We are able to manage thousands of member accounts and multiple events. Customization, data exporting and the robust features available are the reasons why we enjoy using Eudonet.
