How it works

The Zapier integration with Eudonet is based on “Zaps” — automations that connect two or more applications:

Step 1: A trigger event occurs in an external app (e.g., a prospect fills out a LinkedIn form). Zapier detects the event and activates the “Zap,” i.e., the configured workflow.

Step 2: Zapier executes the first step of the Zap after the trigger. Example: check whether the prospect already exists in your Eudonet CRM, and create a new record if not.

Step 3: Zapier then carries out all the actions configured in the workflow. Example: create a new opportunity in Eudonet CRM for the prospect found or created in the previous step.
