2023

A new leadership team is driving the acceleration of our European ambitions. Eudonet is attracting experienced talent to become a leading technology provider operating internationally, with a focus on Northern Europe and Ontario. The City of Marseille and the Regional Health Agency of Île-de-France have recently joined our growing client base.

2022

Montagu Private Equity joins the capital, providing the resources to support our international growth. At the same time, we have made strategic acquisitions of NetAnswer (community management) and GiveXpert (online fundraising), offering associations, foundations, and alumni networks integrated solutions to maximise their impact.

2019

European expansion continues with our entry into the Dutch market through the acquisition of Stb CRM, and the strengthening of our Public Sector expertise with ACTEDEV. Our solution is now a key asset for economic development and protocol management.

2018

Strengthening our leadership among professional associations through the dual acquisition of Syrah Informatique (France) and 3Si (United Kingdom). Eudonet establishes a presence across the Channel and becomes the leading CRM provider for professional associations within the Medef network in France.

2017

Quilvest Private Equity gains new momentum with a sector-specific and international acquisition strategy to strengthen its market leadership position. Signing of the OACIQ in Quebec and reaching the milestone of 1,000 clients, confirming our sustained growth.

2010

AFM Téléthon places its trust in Eudonet CRM, further confirming our recognised expertise in the French non-profit and charitable sector.

2008

Opening of our first subsidiary in Canada, marking the beginning of our international expansion strategy to support even more public interest organisations.

2003

The City of Paris adopts Eudonet CRM for protocol management within the Mayor’s Office, establishing our public sector expertise from the very beginning.
