Protecting your personal information is central to the trust we build with our clients, prospects, and visitors.

When you use the services available on our websites, mobile sites, and mobile apps, Eudonet may collect and process personal information about you.

This policy covers practices applicable across the entire Eudonet site.

Our processing complies with:

  • France’s Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended;
  • the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR – EU 2016/679);
  • Quebec’s Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information);
  • and, where applicable, Canada’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).

To ensure proper application of these rules, Eudonet has appointed a Privacy Officer/Data Protection Officer (DPO), the primary contact for the CNIL (France), the Commission d’accès à l’information (Quebec, CAI), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC), and their international counterparts.

Eudonet websites may contain links to third‑party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, which Eudonet invites you to review.


01. What information do we collect?

We apply the principle of data minimization: only the information necessary for the stated purposes is collected.

Information collected directly:

  • Identification information: first name, last name, organization, role.
  • Contact information: mailing address, email address, phone number.
  • Professional information: industry sector, stated needs.
  • Commercial information: services used, event registrations, loyalty programs, satisfaction surveys.

Information collected automatically:

  • Log and connection data: IP address, logs, browser type.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, user journey, clicks.
  • Cookies and other trackers: via Axeptio (consent management), Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook/LinkedIn Ads.

Information from the contractual relationship:

  • Financial data (invoicing, payment methods).
  • History of interactions with Eudonet (support, customer service).

We do not collect sensitive information (health, opinions, etc.) unless required by law.


02. How do we use your information?

Your personal information is used to:

  • Respond to your enquiries (contact form, demo requests, support).
  • Manage the contractual relationship if you are a client.
  • Send marketing communications and newsletters (with your prior consent where required).
  • Register you for our events, webinars, and loyalty programs.
  • Improve our products and services (surveys, client feedback).
  • Conduct statistical and marketing analyses (via Hotjar, Clarity, advertising campaigns).
  • Tailor our offers and services to your interests.
  • Meet our legal obligations (security, invoicing, compliance).

03. How long do we keep your information?

  • Prospects: 3 years after the last contact.
  • Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship + 5 years.
  • Cookies and trackers: up to 13 months.
  • Consent via Axeptio: 6 months (then renewable).
  • Technical logs: up to 12 months.

Some data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., invoicing).


04. Who may access your information?

  • Authorized Eudonet teams (marketing, support, IT, customer relations).
  • Our subsidiaries (France, Canada, United Kingdom, Belgium, Switzerland) for commercial collaboration.
  • Our service providers: Scaleway SAS (hosting), email delivery solutions, CRM, analytics, digital advertising.
  • Administrative or judicial authorities when required by law.

All our service providers are subject to strict confidentiality and security obligations.


05. How do we protect your information? ?

We implement technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encryption of sensitive data;
  • Internal access controls;
  • Regular backups;
  • Security audits and testing;
  • Access traceability.

In the event of a privacy incident (data breach), we will notify affected individuals and the competent authorities (e.g., CAI, OPC, CNIL), in accordance with applicable laws.

CIn accordance with the GDPR, France’s Data Protection Act, Quebec’s Law 25, and PIPEDA, you have the right to:
