1. Protection of your personal data

In the context of the use of the services accessible on its websites, mobile sites and mobile applications, Eudonet is likely to collect and process personal data about you. Eudonet France, like Eudonet Canada, Eudonet United Kingdom, Eudonet Belgium and Eudonet Switzerland is committed to respecting the privacy of its customers, prospects and visitors to its websites, mobile sites and mobile applications. 2.What is the purpose of the data that may be collected by Eudonet?

For certain specific services, these rights may be exercised directly online (management of your user account, assistance and complaints, loyalty programme, etc.).

When you contact our customer service department, your call may be recorded for the purposes of improving service quality, preventing disputes and malicious calls. If you do not wish to be recorded, please inform the advisor directly.

Unless you object at the time of collection of your data or at a later date, Eudonet reserves the right to use your data to send you appropriate commercial offers. Where required by law, your data will only be used for electronic canvassing purposes after having obtained your explicit consent. This consent can be revoked at any time upon request.

If you no longer wish to receive the Eudonet electronic newsletter by e-mail, you can click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each communication.

Eudonet publishes a list of its Clients and their various testimonials on the Company’s Websites, which include information such as the position and name of the Client concerned. Before publishing these lists and testimonials, Eudonet ensures that it obtains the consent of each Client.
